This Privacy Policy explains how BookedFirst, a partnership based in Georgia, United States, which operates the BookedFirst Client Gateway (“BookedFirst,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or use our services. We built this business on trust, and that starts with being clear about your data. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you take our audit, submit an application, request a call, book a consultation, or contact us, you may share your name, email address, phone number, and details about your coaching practice and goals. You choose what to share.
Information collected automatically. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies and does not build personal profiles or track you across other websites. It gives us aggregate figures like page views and traffic sources. Our hosting also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
Booking information. When you schedule a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) processes the details you enter to confirm your booking, and calls are held over Google Meet.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your questions and applications
- Schedule and hold consultations with you
- Provide, deliver, and improve our services
- Send emails you have asked to receive, such as your audit results and follow-ups
- Keep the site secure and understand how it is used, in aggregate
We send email through Resend. We only email you about things you requested or that relate to your inquiry, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can opt out at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this business, and only as needed for them to perform their work:
- Supabase (secure database and hosting for our records)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Plausible (privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics)
- Cal.com and Google Meet (scheduling and video calls)
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and respond to you, and as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of marketing email, and to ask how your data is used. To make a request, email us at hello@getbookedfirst.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
Our analytics are cookieless. We use only the minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
